In today's high tech world, a handwritten note is more appropriate than ever and certainly very special. While most greeting cards are quickly forgotten and tossed aside, a PhotoCard by Dave is not only remembered, but is most often treasured and saved.

Last week I was invited to visit a private garden tucked among the hills of Hendersonville, North Carolina. Oh my, the first signs of spring were just emerging, and what an opportunity to frame several photos before new growth flourishes. Of the 4 rolls of film I used (yes, some of you may be surprised to learn I don’t shoot with a digital camera, but rely on my 35-year old Canon), I discovered several favorite shots. You’ll see many of these images showcased in our Spring Collection, but I especially liked this one of a hillside covered in pink and blue creeping phlox.

What’s new?

To keep up with rising costs, reluctantly we have raised the prices of our products effective May 1. An individual photo card is $2.75 –- still quite a bargain when you consider the price of a gallon of gas, and oh so much more fun to give and receive! Our Boxed Sets of 8 cards are $18.95, and we have added a special vinyl jacket of 4 photocards for $10. 2009 calendars will retail for $11 each.

Four-pack and gift box packaging is complimentary: it consists of a cello bag, paper shred, and an appropriately-colored ribbon.
